What is authentic discipleship in the 21st Century?  It is a daily, intimate relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.  But what is the role of the Disciple?  It is a life of servanthood to our LORD. 

Workbook Bible studies alone cannot produce disciples.  Church attendance is not enough either.  Authentic discipleship is life in the real world lived with our attention upon our LORD.

At Apalache we encourage our church family to apply their faith daily in real world applications.  We provide mentoring for those who desire someone to come along side of them and show the way.  Numerous mission opportunities locally, regionally and internationally provide the real world environments in which to develop and deploy our faith driven service to Christ and the world.

We believe spiritual giftedness is a key component for effective service as a disciple of Christ.  We provide the means for our church family to discover, develop and then deploy their specific spiritual gifts for the benefit of the Body of Christ and to reach out to those yet unsaved.

And yes, we have Bible-centered, small group environments for every age group.  Our study groups provide fundamental training on relevant subject matter designed to both equip and encourage our church family for being faithful followers of the LORD Jesus Christ everyday, and in every environment of life.
